Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite memorable, primarily due to the exceptional staff, especially Anna, who went above and beyond to make our arrival special. The hotel is tucked away in La Spezia but conveniently close to the city center and train station. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in service during busy times. Overall, the value for money is excellent with a lovely breakfast offered each morning.
I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel in La Spezia. The cleanliness of the place was impressive, and the bed in my room was super comfortable. The staff went above and beyond, especially Anna, who made my husband's birthday extra special. The only downside was the mandatory mask policy due to COVID-19, which was a bit tedious. Overall, it provided great value for money, and I'd definitely return!
This hotel serves as a decent base for exploring La Spezia due to its central location near the train station and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, and while the bathroom was spacious, the facilities are quite basic. Unfortunately, the ventilation situation left much to be desired, and some aspects of the decor felt dated. Overall, it’s an acceptable choice for budget travelers looking to visit the Cinque Terre, but it has its drawbacks.
My stay at this boutique hotel was quite disappointing. The overall ambiance did not live up to my expectations of a boutique experience, and while the location was prime, the actual condition of the hotel left much to be desired. I faced several issues during my stay, from shabby furniture to poor reception service. The one redeeming quality was the center-of-town location, but that alone isn't enough for me to recommend it.
I had a mix of experiences at this hotel. The location was undeniably fantastic, right in the middle of everything in La Spezia. I found the rooms to be okay, meeting my expectations, but nothing extraordinary. The service was welcoming, yet I felt some of the basic amenities were lacking, like sufficient glasses at breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improvements are definitely needed in various areas.
